	Can I place a fixed deposit (FD) without opening a CASA account?
	You need to open a CASA account with us to support your fixed deposit placement.

	Do I need to submit a new set of account opening documents to apply for Fixed Deposit if I already have a DBS corporate account?
	No. You will only need to submit the application form “Time Call Deposit Insruction Form”. Should you have further queries, please call us on 400 821 8881 and we will arrange for a relationship manager to assist you with your application.

	Can I withdraw my FD account before its maturity date and will there be any penalty?
	Yes, you may make early withdrawals. There will be no penalty fee incurred; however, early withdrawals may result in you receiving a significantly reduced rate of interest than originally agreed. As such, you should consider making an early withdrawal carefully.
